Fred V. was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we first met, his demeanor was like we had known each other for years. Fred made you feel comfortable with everything so you could relax during the entire process. I have purchased several homes in the past but Fred made this transaction the easiest of them all! His perseverance during this difficult time of being in a seller’s market was top notch. He probably showed us 30 homes and was just as excited during the 30th showing as he was during the 1st! His knowledge of the business was awesome but most of all he was honest about all aspects of the house showing which put us at ease. I will use Fred if I were to ever have to search for another home in the area and would not hesitate sending anyone his way if needing an agent. Fred Venturini was absolutely the best! After living in Germany for the last 20 years, I finally moved back to the US. My job brought me to the Scott AFB area. I was a first time home buyer, and can honestly say that I knew next to nothing. Fred walked me through step by step the entire process, gave me ideas what to look for when walking through houses, and explained the documents very clearly. Since he is from the area (and I have never been here) his knowledge of the surrounding area, routes to work and possible traffic areas when looking at houses, and local businesses for house items was extremely helpful. His responsiveness was incredible, before we left Germany (I had already started working with Fred about a month before leaving) I would joke with my wife after I sent an email to Fred with question. I would usually say "I bet we get an answer in the next hour!" man was I ever wrong!! His responses usually came within minutes, and always had all the questioned answered and more! His willingness to work and to get us what we were looking for was great, and we found a house (one Fred and his co-worker found actually!) that we love, and have enjoyed for the first few months. We look forward to dealing with Fred again in the future for either the buying or selling side.
